A few things to know before you go

Is my camper eligible?

Published eligibility requires a new nuCamp camper manufactured after January 2022, enrollment within the first 365 days, and original ownership. Contact nuCamp if you need help confirming your unit.

Does this add seven more years?

The plan provides six additional years after the standard first-year warranty, for seven years total from your camper purchase.

How do I request a repair?

Contact nuCamp or your dealer promptly. Obtain authorization before repairs and retain your purchase and maintenance records. Your contract describes the complete claim process.

What is excluded?

Exclusions include routine maintenance, normal wear, preexisting conditions, and specified components or uses. Read your contract for the full list and coverage limits.
